Coconut Confection

Ingredients
2 cups of shredded coconut, dry
2 cups of coconut milk
1/3 cup of stevia
½ cup of roasted almonds
2 teaspoons of coconut oil
1 tablespoon of Cardamom
Directions
Turn on the instant pot sauté mode and add shredded coconut, cardamom.
Mix and add half of the oil. Stir it well and cook for 1 minute. Pour in the coconut milk.
Set timer for 10 minutes at low pressure. Once timer beeps, quick release the steam.
Open the lid and add roasted almonds. Stir and add stevia. Mix the ingredient well and turn on sauté mode. Add remaining oil and stir for 2 minutes. Then serve.
